We believe hats are extensions of your personality. Each one of our hats is made using the finest fur felts for durability and longevity. We form and shape the hats using traditional hatters’ methods. Great care is taken to skillfully create a workable and wearable piece of art that will truly become an heirloom piece.
Our Process
Handcrafted Hats
Our hats are made using the finest quality 100% Beaver, Beaver/Rabbit, 100% Coypu (Nutria), and Rabbit fur felts. Fur felts have been used for centuries to create many styles of hats because of their water resistance and durability. Pure 100% beaver felts are one of the highest grades of fur felts as beaver fur is water repellant. During the felting process, the fibers become tightly intertwined, creating a strong material that lays the foundation for a long-lasting, quality hat.
