At Glacier Rim Hats we take pride in crafting well-built, unique, and beautifully handsome hats. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, therefore, it is extremely important you measure your head correctly before ordering (see Hat Size Chart ). If the measurement is not accurate, the hat will not fit properly.
 

For all Ready to Wear hats purchased from our Shop gallery, if for some reason, you are not happy with your hat choice, you may return within five business days after receiving it. To receive a refund NOT INCLUDING ORIGINAL SHIPPING & RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES the hat must be returned unused, in new condition, with the original box, packaging and all marketing materials, etc. Please let us know if you will be returning a hat. contact us

All Custom Order sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded. Custom hats are specifically made for you and is personalized with your name and date in the sweatband. It is difficult for us to resale a hat with your name in it.
 

Please be aware that all screens and monitors are different and colors of hat felts may vary between devices. We will do our best to accurately display the true colors of the hats. If there is a particular color you are interested in we are happy to send you a sample of the fur felt.
