After 3 years there will be a charge for a new sweatband, hatband ribbon, and liner. Some extra adornments like hand-beaded hat bands, etc. we source from other artisans are not included in the 3 year guarantee.

All Custom Order sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded. Custom hats are specifically made for you and is personalized with your name and date in the sweatband. It is difficult for us to resale a hat with your name in it.

Please be aware that all screens and monitors are different and colors of hat felts may vary between devices. We will do our best to accurately display the true colors of the hats. If there is a particular color you are interested in we are happy to send you a sample of the fur felt.
